Return Policy
At HarGun’z, each piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our products, we follow a strict quality-controlled policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is incorrect
Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Unboxing video is mandatory for verification
Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
IMPORTANT POLICY GUIDELINES
- Products are not eligible for return based on personal preferences such as color variation, design expectation, or change of mind.
Items such as Dupattas, Accessories, Readymades, Gift Boxes, Shawls/Stoles, and Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Requests made after the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Inspection & Approval Process
- harGun’z follows a replacement-first policy.
Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not available.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
REFUNDS
For approved returns, HarGun’z will dispatch the replacement product within 5–7 business days from the approval date. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier availability, but we always strive for timely service.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
